RUWON Campaign for Child Rights
We are working in this project since 2010. Now we are supporting 21 government school’s child clubs in this project. It is one of the very successful projects here in Kathmandu. With an aim of galvanizing forth a gender friendly society this program is running. With the running project RUWON Nepal’s mission is to make the local bodies active and efficient with the participation of the girl’s focused groups at the local level. Along with a view of making every activity of development oriented people, responsible and sustainable.
It is also create opportunities of education for the children who are deprived of their natural child right of having the light of education. Direct beneficiaries of this project are 7300 children of 21 government schools in Kathmandu.
